1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customised products are non-returnable.
  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

    • In their original packaging with tags attached

    • Accompanied by a proof of purchase

Note: Items such as undergarments, socks, and sale items are non-returnable.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

  • To cancel, email us immediately at info@poshaakmenswear.com with your order number.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
