1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
- Customised products are non-returnable.

Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

In their original packaging with tags attached

Accompanied by a proof of purchase

Note: Items such as undergarments, socks, and sale items are non-returnable.
2. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
